Announcement - New Online Prescription Service
If you have previously used the Practice Website to order your prescriptions, please be aware that this service has been discontinued from January 1, 2019.
Please print out and complete the Online Services Registration Form and return this to Reception. This new system allows you to link directly to the Medication section of your medical record and is a simpler and safer way to order your prescriptions. Please note that this service is only available for patients who are 16 years old and over.
Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
We would ask patients to refrain from using the telephone to request prescriptions whenever possible.
Some local chemists run a collection service. If you feel this may be helpful please check with your local chemist.
Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse to review these regular medications.
Please allow a full 48 hours between requesting and collecting your medication.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Please telephone the surgery if you have any problems.
